Alarm Will Sound Presents: I Was Here I Was I
Performance and Reception

Excite your senses with this performance by Alarm Will Sound, current Artist in Residence at the Met, led by Alan Pierson '06E (DMA) and featuring alumni from the Eastman School of Music, and written and directed by Nigel Maister, Russell and Ruth Peck Artistic Director of the International Theatre Program. Inspired by Victorian traveler Amelia Edwards's voyage down the Nile, I Was Here I Was I is an immersive experience using spoken text, song, and music to explore the nature of travel, myth, and memory.

Join University of Rochester alumni, parents, and friends for the performance followed by a reception with the ensemble. Admission is $60 and includes a ticket to the performance, early entry to the museum, and a heavy hors d'oeuvres reception with an open beer and wine bar. Reserved tickets will be available at the Met's Concerts & Lectures Box Office the day of the performance. Space is limited and advance registration is required.

Online registration is closed for this event.  A limited number of tickets may still be available.  Please call the Office of Alumni Relations at 1
