Some of the most important factors influencing the level of your career success will be
outside of your day-to-day job performance. Three of these key factors include: your ability to develop and leverage a strong network of professionals, mentors, and strategic advocates; your ability to to be ready to deliver in new, behavioral interviews; and your ability to effectively market on your resume how you are different.

Learn best practices on how to network, interview, and market your resume from an alumnus who has interviewed over 10,000 life science professionals and worked behind the scenes helping some of the top life science companies think about and evaluate key talent across every area of drug development.

Brad Hartman is a life science industry expert who specializes in recruiting, training, and development and talent management for biotech and pharmaceutical organizations throughout the US. A 2003 neuroscience graduate, Brad has spent the last ten years in the Boston area working with companies in the life sciences industry. He has consulted for and helped build over 50 start-up companies in the Boston area and currently serves as managing partner and co-founder of ConnectedSearch, a boutique recruiting, training, and consulting firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
