"For sheer vocal beauty, no contemporary singer matches Ms. Callaway."
-The New York Times

Join University of Rochester alumni, parents, and friends at Jazz at the Bistro for an exciting evening with world-renowned singer and cabaret star Ann Hampton Callaway. Ms. Callaway is one of the finest singer/songwriters of our generation who also dazzles music lovers as a singer, pianist, composer, lyricist, arranger, and actress. Her talents have made her equally at home in jazz and pop, on stage, in the recording studio, on TV, and in film. She is also known for her Tony-nominated performance in the Broadway musical Swing and for writing and singing the theme to the internationally successful TV series The Nanny.

Guests are invited to attend a pre-concert hors d'oeuvres reception with an open beer and wine bar, as well as a post-performance gathering with dessert and coffee, featuring remarks by Ms. Callaway. Admission is $40 per person, which includes tickets to the performance, both receptions, and a copy of a recently released album of Ms. Callaway's music. Advance registration is required, as space is limited. Valet parking is available.
